Lanny Gunter

Lanny is the founder and broker/owner of United Country Gunter & Associates, headquartered in the historic city of Camden, SC. He was born in Kershaw County, SC but spent his childhood growing up in the mountains of western North Carolina. After serving in the United States Air Force, Lanny moved back to the Midlands of South Carolina where he calls home with his wife Leigh and their two boys. His entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to help others has led to him founding multiple successful companies throughout the years. Lanny has built many strong relationships and has extensive knowledge in the fields of real estate, construction and marketing.

As an avid hunter and outdoorsman, Lanny has spent years gaining an education in conservation and land management practices, which has enabled him to continue to be a valuable asset to his clients long after a completed land sale. He also enjoys training and raising their pointers and retrievers with his family at their kennels. When Lanny and his family get the opportunity to take some time off, you will find a camper hitched to their truck where they like to explore what all this great country has to offer by visiting different states.
While Lanny enjoys being a Realtree Land Pro, he also has an extensive knowledge and background in commercial real estate as well. Years of experience, industry knowledge, formal education, support from his family, support from clients and the support of an amazing real estate team has positioned Lanny as a multi-million dollar nationally top ranked real estate producer and has also created an award winning real estate team at United Country Gunter & Associates.
