Native to Lancaster, South Carolina, Hollie moved to historic Camden 20 years ago. She first started her career in customer service as a liaison and project administrator for a major insurance company in the Midlands. After 15 years, with a toddler and a newborn, Hollie decided it was time to be the coordinator of all things chaotic within her home. Once her youngest was school age, she felt that it was time to bring all her education and experiences (both life and work) together with her love of real estate. In 2019, Hollie received her real estate license.

Hollie specializes in buying and selling real estate in South Carolina, whether it's raw acreage, lots for sale, residential homes, historic homes, country homes with acreage, equine properties, farms, lakefront properties, military relocation and investment properties in the Midlands (Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Richland and Sumter). She also has experience with buying and selling in Lancaster.

In her spare time, Hollie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She has a passion for renovating homes, including a cabin in their equestrian community, as well as camping with her family, watching South Carolina sports and helping out at her children's school and church.
